Hello, I have added all my family’s entrance passes onto my device and can manage their plans.I have older kids and they have downloaded the app on their device but can’t link their ticket to their device too. Can they make own ride bookings or just me?

Welcome to planDisney, Sarah! You must be excited about your Walt Disney World Resort trip this week! You'll be there at the perfect time to see the transitions in the parks and resorts from fall to Christmas. Construction is already underway for the giant gingerbread house at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa

Currently, it sounds like you are managing your children's accounts on My Disney Experience; however, if they are at least 13 years of age and have a personal email address, they can have their own accounts. The easiest way to do this is to merge their managed profiles into the new versions of their accounts, but you will probably run into some system glitches if you try to do this on your own. Since you are traveling internationally, wait until arriving in the United States, and then you can contact the Internet Help Desk at (407) 939-4357. Alternatively, you can chat virtually with a Cast Member through your My Disney Experience app by tapping the three stacked lines in the lower right corner and then selecting the Chat With Us link.

Once the accounts are merged, the kids can create a digital pass on their devices through the Disney MagicMobile service, which they can set up through their My Disney Experience app. This will store Disney vacation entitlements on their phones, including theme park tickets, just like a MagicBand. They will hold up their phones at the touch point when entering the theme parks or a Lightning Lane queue. It's as easy as saying Bibbidi-Bobbidi-Boo!

Minors under 18 years old cannot make purchases in their My Disney Experience account, so if you plan to buy Disney Genie+ during your holiday, you'll need to complete the transaction. It is available for purchase on the day of your visit anytime after midnight through the My Disney Experience app. Once purchased, however, your kids can make and manage Genie+ selections for themselves. If you need help while you're there, stop by the Guest Experience Team under the blue umbrellas.

I hope you have a magical holiday, Sarah! See ya real soon!
