    I added a day to my reservation in November, so that I could take advantage of the Free Quick Service Dining Plan. When I go on the web site and add it to my cart, it shows that I am eligible. I called and they said no. Is the offer based on arrival date?

    Hi Amy, 

    If the Free Dining promotion is available on the day that you arrive, you will be able to receive it for the duration of your trip. However, if you arrive before the package starts, you won't be eligible. It is a fantastic offer, so I suggest that you look at your dates again and see if you can arrange your vacation to coincide with the special.
