I added my daughter and son-in-law to a dining reservation with my son and myself. They are coming for a separate vacation/separate reservation #. But we are having dinner together at ‘Ohana. Now I see her trip in MDE and she can’t add it in hers.

    Aloha, Alexa!

Welcome to planDisney and mahalo for bringing us your Walt Disney World Resort vacation planning question. I'm excited to hear that you'll be experiencing The Most Magical Place on Earth with your family this summer! The only thing better than visiting the Walt Disney World Resort is enjoying it alongside the ones you love.

Alexa, it's great that you were able to secure a dinner reservation at 'Ohana! It's one of my favorite dining experiences in all of the Walt Disney World Resort. (Make sure you save room for dessert - the 'Ohana Bread Pudding is the best part of the meal, in my opinion!) While you're at Disney's Polynesian Village Resort, I encourage you to take a leisurely stroll along Seven Seas Lagoon. The ambiance at this Disney Resort hotel in the evening is simply unbeatable! (Who knows - you may even catch a glimpse of the fireworks during Happily Ever After!)

It sounds like you're able to view all of your daughter's plans in My Disney Experience, but she isn't able to see all of yours. Alexa, make sure that you and your daughter are linked via your Family & Friends Lists in My Disney Experience. (My friend and fellow panelist, Alyssa, did a fantastic job at explaining this process to another Guest!) Once you're linked, you'll be able to set your preferences to show all of each other's plans or just those plans that you share. If you'd like to be able to view all of each other's plans, you'll both need to select this option. Alexa, if your daughter is still not able to see your shared dining reservation once you're linked, check to be sure that the names/My Disney Experience accounts listed on the reservation are accurate. If the issue persists, I encourage you to reach out to the friendly Cast Members at the My Disney Experience, MagicBand and MagicBand+ phone line for further assistance.

Alexa, I hope that this information helps you to troubleshoot your My Disney Experience problems. I'm wishing you and your family members a most magical stay at the Walt Disney World Resort and a delicious dinner at 'Ohana! If you have any additional planning questions, please feel free to stop back by planDisney again anytime. We're here to help you make the most of your time at The Most Magical Place on Earth!

    See ya real soon,

    Lauren
