Hi I added my confirmation number for Epcot to my mobile app, do I still need physical tickets? I am worried they may not arrive in the mail on time

    Hiya, Alisa! Welcome to planDisney!

It looks like your Walt Disney World vacation is quickly approaching. How exciting! You’ll be immersed in the magic, making a lifetime of memories, and enjoying all the Mickey-shaped treats your heart desires in no time at all. So let’s get you the information you need to kick off your wonderful trip!

You do not have to use physical theme park tickets if you decide you’d rather use digital ones or if they don’t arrive in the mail on time. To make sure your tickets are correctly linked to your My Disney Experience account, just open up the app and tap the menu icon (there lines) along the bottom of the screen. Then select “My Tickets & Passes,” and you should see the tickets and barcodes near the top of the screen if they are correctly linked correctly. If the tickets aren’t there then tap the blue and white “plus” icon and follow the prompts.

Don’t hesitate to call the Tickets and Hotel Reservations phone line to speak with a helpful Cast Member if you encounter any issues.

You’re going to be visiting EPCOT and Walt Disney World at such a great time of year. The EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival is in full swing with its global-inspired food stalls and the Eat to the Beat Concert Series. Depending on how many days you're visiting, it looks like the Baha Men and New Found Glory may overlap with your trip (schedule is subject to change).

I hope this information is helpful, Alisa. Pop right back if you have any other questions. Your planDisney pals are here to help!

    Magical travels!
