how to add wifi/internet to my account?

    Hello, Art!

Thank you for stopping by planDisney! Your upcoming Disney Cruise is sailing soon. How fun! I recommend reviewing this Packing List Guide to help determine what to bring with you. I am an over-packer, and this list helps keep me in check...sometimes! I like being prepared for any situation!

Guests can choose from different internet packages which can be purchased on the Disney Cruise Line Navigator app once onboard the ship. Open the Disney Cruise Line Navigator app on your smartphone and select "Connect to Internet". This will open a separate browser to view and purchase an internet plan. Offerings and prices are subject to change at any time. The internet package options currently include:

    • "Stay Connected" allows Guests to access select social media sites, such as Facebook and Instagram. Pricing starts at $16/day when you purchase it for the full voyage and $18/day when you purchase it for only 24 hours. Prices are subject to change at any time.
    • "Basic Surf" includes the "Stay Connected" package offerings plus access to the web, email, and voice calling. It begins at $24/day for the full voyage or $28/day when purchased for only 24 hours. Prices are subject to change at any time.
    • "Premium Surf" includes the "Basic Surf" package offerings plus video on YouTube, Snapchat, and TikTok, as well as video calling and music streaming (such as Pandora and Spotify). Video streaming is not available. Pricing begins at $34/day for the full voyage or $42/day for only 24 hours. Prices are subject to change at any time.

Most features on the Disney Cruise Line Navigator app can be used without purchasing an internet package, such as the Onboard Communication feature that allows you to communicate with other members of your cruising party. I also like reviewing the activities schedule on the Navigator app each morning to plan my day.

Art, have a wonderful vacation on your upcoming cruise! I hope you reach out to planDisney again if you have additional questions!

    Happy sailing!
    Jen
