Holly, I know there’s a way to change your profile settings for your
My Disney Experience account, but I don’t know if you can just have a username instead of your email. Once you’re signed in, in the top center select “Welcome Holly”, from there you’ll go to your profile settings. When you see your name at the top with your character in the circle, scroll down and select “Account Settings”. From there, you’ll be taken to a screen where you can change your password, email, address, etc.
I’m not seeing an option to add a username instead of your email, so my best suggestion would be to either use the chat feature to ask within the
My Disney Experience mobile app or call the
My Disney Experience, MagicBand and MagicBand+ help desk. If there’s a way to do it, they might be able to help!
Now, keep in mind that if you make a username or email change, this change will go across all the accounts associated with Company (ex. Hulu, ESPN, Disney+ etc.). So, you’ll want to keep this login handy if you’re accessing other online Disney websites.
