Follow the steps below on how to link your reservation through the Disney World website:
1) Start by going to
Disneyworld.com. When you arrive at the site, click on the “My Disney Experience” logo toward the top right of the screen. Proceed with creating your My Disney Experience account. All your trip details will be managed through this account.
2) Once your account is created, click on “My Plans,” then look for the heading that states, “Resort Hotel.” You should see an option to “Link a Reservation.” When you click on that, you will be prompted to enter the last name under which the reservation was made and the confirmation number that you received from your travel agent.
Now, follow the steps below if you’d like to link your reservation through the
My Disney Experience mobile app:
1) Begin by downloading the My Disney Experience app on your mobile device.
2) Once the app is downloaded on your device, open the app and tap the menu icon (three horizontal lines).
3) You will then see a heading labeled “My Visit.” Under that heading should be a subheading titled “Hotel Reservations.” Tap that subheading.
4) The next page will have a heading labeled “Resort Reservation.” Under that heading, you will need to enter the last name under which the reservation was made and the confirmation provided to you by your travel agent.
There you go, James! You should be able to proceed with all of your travel planning right through your My Disney Experience account through the website or your mobile device!
