Hey Howdy Hey Sherena and welcome to planDisney!
There is so much to consider when you are booking your vacation to the Most Magical Place on Earth from picking out the right
Disney Resort Collection hotel,
Park Tickets and making
Theme Park Reservations we often do forget about travel insurance. Thank you so much for your question about
travel insurance as this one may need a little more time to consider.
Long story short with travel insurance,
you can add this extra level of protection for your vacation at the time of booking or any time before your final payment. Final payments on vacation packages are due 30 days before your date of arrival. Be for electing for or against, I would look at the price as well as the terms to make sure it is something you are comfortable with. I always do tend to steer Disney goers towards travel insurance as these trips can be a financial investment and you want to make sure it is protected!
Sherena, I hope you have heard but a recent announcement from Disney has got us all counting down to welcoming back our beloved
Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party in Magic Kingdom this fall. This is one of the many reasons the fall is such a great time to visit Walt Disney World Resort. With this special celebration of the Halloween season, you can get into the parks with reduced crowds, special Halloween parades, shows, fireworks and of course, all the candy you need! Tickets go on sale for this special celebration on May 18, so make sure to plan to attend this not-so-scary party!
One of my favorite parts about any trip to the Vacation Kingdom of the World is planning our trips! I hope you are having fun so far planning your vacation later this year as there is so much coming, it should be one Magical trip! If you have any further questions please let us know, we would be happy to help!
Happy Planning,
Nick
