Hi there, Geri! Welcome to planDisney!
Congratulations on booking your trip to the Walt Disney World Resort! Booking your stay is the first step to embarking on a magical adventure. I'm glad you took the time to create your
My Disney Experience account. After all, that's how you were able to send this question to us at planDisney! Now that you've created an account, I recommend downloading the
My Disney Experience App to your mobile device. This will be your most important Mouseketool when navigating Walt Disney World during your stay. Within the app, you'll find current wait times for attractions, make dining reservations, find directions within the parks and resorts, unlock your
Disney Resort Hotel door and much, more more.
You can
link your current trip to your account in just a few steps. Since you haven't linked anything yet, I suggest just going in order, starting with "Resort Reservation or Vacation Package." When you select that option, you will input the confirmation number for your vacation package or Disney Resort Hotel, as well as your last name. Submit that information and Ka-Chow! You're linked! If you have dining reservations, additional tickets, Memory Maker or
MagicBands, you can choose "select" under any of those options and repeat the process to link these to your account, too.
Geri, I just wanted to remind you to make your park reservations as well. You can do so using the
Disney Park Pass Reservation System once your tickets or Vacation Package is linked to your account. This will guarantee entry into the parks of your choice on the days you'd like to visit.
I hope this information helps you get one step closer to enjoying your stay at the Most Magical Place on Earth! Thank you again, Geri, for choosing planDisney with your questions!
Happy planning!
Ashley
