Hi Crystal,
Welcome to planDisney! I am always delighted to greet a fellow North Carolinian!
To add a
Travel Protection Plan to your vacation package, it has to be
purchased prior to making the final payment on your trip. To support Guests as they made travel plans this year, the Walt Disney World Resort did implement a
Flexible Cancellation Policy, but it applies to arrivals up through April 30, 2021.
While I do hope you get to take your trip as planned, if you cannot, I do suggest that you
contact a Cast Member. Keep in mind that if you booked through a third-party vendor, they may impose other cancellation fees. If you are still planning to visit, there a few other reminders I want to be sure to share!
First, make sure you have
Disney Park Pass system reservations. The
theme park reservation availability calendar will show you park pass availability for each park. Also be sure to have
advanced dining reservations. On our last visit, those reservations gave us a much-needed break during the day. While there, we did use
Mobile Food & Beverage Ordering on a few mornings at our resort hotel. It was lovely to take breakfast back to our room!
Crystal, my wishes have gone up to the Evening Star for your trip. Our most recent visit was truly wonderful. I trust yours will be as well. On your trip, stroll through the
Taste of EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival. Our girls adore the topiary displays. Be sure to review these

Magic and memories,
