add transfers to a disney cruise booking

    Hi there, Elaine!

Welcome to planDisney. I am glad you sent your question to us! It looks like you are sailing on the Disney Cruise Line soon. How exciting! Disney Cruises are the ideal vacation for my family because they combine Disney fun with ocean views. I cannot wait to sail on the Disney Cruise Line again!

Ground transportation can usually be reserved to take Guests from the airport or Disney Cruise Line approved hotel to your departure port by calling Disney Cruise Line. The process and options depend on the port. Specific information for each port can be found on the Ground Transportation page. I always book ground transportation through Disney Cruise Line. It simplifies the transportation process and ensures we arrive at the right place (we may have ended up at the wrong destination while driving around Walt Disney World Resort recently...oops!). I spend half of my days driving my kids to and from their extracurricular activities, and I prefer to avoid driving while on vacation. Let Disney Cruise Line handle it for you!

I recommend downloading the Disney Cruise Line Navigator app after arriving in the United States. It has many handy features for your voyage! I go through the entertainment schedule on the app after boarding the ship to highlight the options my family may want to check out throughout our trip. We also like looking at the dining menus, and the Onboard Chat feature allows my spouse and I to communicate when we are in different areas of the ship (like when I send him to pick up ice cream cones!).

Elaine, have a wonderful voyage aboard the Disney Cruise Line! Do not hesitate to reach out to planDisney again if you have other questions.

    Happy sailing!
    Jen
