Welcome to planDisney Jessie! Thank you so much for sending in your question. It’s always exciting to hear from Guests who are getting ready for an upcoming
Walt Disney World visit, because planning is where the magic really begins. Having your tickets properly linked is an important step in getting everything set for your trip, and I’m happy to help you understand exactly where and how to add your Walt Disney World tickets so you can focus on the fun ahead.
You add your Walt Disney World tickets in the
My Disney Experience app or on the
My Disney Experience website. In the app, open it and tap the menu icon in the bottom right, then choose My Tickets & Passes and select Link Tickets & Passes. From there you can enter the ticket ID number from your confirmation email, a physical ticket card, or by scanning the barcode. Once linked, the tickets will show up in your account.
On the My Disney Experience section of the website, go to My Plans, then Tickets, Passes & Memory Maker, and choose Link Tickets. Enter the ticket ID number and the tickets will attach to your account.
After the tickets are linked, you can assign each one to yourself or to someone in your
Family & Friends list. This step is important for park entry and for making Lightning Lane selections. Once everything is linked, you can enter the parks using a MagicBand, your phone with MagicMobile, or a physical ticket card.
Jessie, I hope this helps you feel ready as you prepare for your Walt Disney World adventure. Thank you so much for stopping by planDisney with your question. Wishing you a smooth planning experience and a vacation filled with magical moments, happy memories, and plenty of pixie dust!
