    Hiya Anna,

Welcome to planDisney! We are so excited that you are here today, and we get to be a part of the planning of your upcoming Walt Disney World Resort vacation.

I love that you can use your mobile device to store your theme park tickets, reserve Lightning Lane selections, check into your resort hotel, and mobile order snacks and treats. It’s like having the magic always on hand without having to keep track of something else. It sounds like from your question that you have already successfully linked your ticket to your Google Wallet via Disney MagicMobile. Is that right? If not, once you are in the My Disney Experience mobile app, you should be able to add your passes to your Google Wallet through Disney MagicMobile. Once linked, you should be able to present your ticket at any entrance to the theme park (make sure your phone is unlocked) by tapping your mobile device on the Mickey-shaped touchpoint at the entrance without needing to open your wallet. You can also show the barcode of your ticket in the My Disney Experience mobile app if you prefer. If you are concerned that either of these two options won’t work, can I recommend something? I know I just mentioned not having to keep track of something else, but you can go to a ticket counter when you arrive at a theme park and request a Key to the World Card. This little card will be linked to your theme park ticket, and you can use it to scan into the theme parks, use Lightning Lane Entrances, link Disney PhotoPass images, and access your resort hotel room (if applicable).

I hope this was helpful, Anna. Before I let you go, don’t forget to bring a portable charger with you to the theme parks. In my experience, my phone battery can be less than magical when I’m at the Most Magical Place on Earth, so I always like to bring a way to charge my phone so it can make it through as long as I need it to. Just pop one in your theme park bag, and you should be good to go from rope drop to fireworks! If you need anything else, please come back and see us. You’ve always got a friend here at planDisney!

    Happy Planning,

    Ashley F.
