    Leticia from FL Asked

Hi, if I add somebody to my hotel reservation , same room , I have to pay more ?

    Hi Leticia,

Welcome to planDisney! Your Walt Disney World vacation is a few short days away, so I'm happy to answer your question about adding a friend or family member to your resort reservation.

The cost of your room -- whether it's in a value, moderate or deluxe resort -- covers the first two adults and any minors who are staying in the room. There is a modest additional fee per night for each additional adult beyond two. To modify your reservation, you can call the Resort Reservation line at (407) 939-1936.

If you haven't already, I recommend doing online check-in at your resort. It's always a great way to skip the line at the front desk and even better now as a way to limit contact and social distance. You will be able to go straight to your room and use your MagicBand or the My Disney Experience mobile app to unlock your room.

While you're making those last-minute preparations, it's a good time, too, to be sure you have the updated version of the My Disney Experience app for each member of your party and that you've reviewed the enhanced health and safety measures to be sure you have everything you need for your magical visit. (Don't forget your theme park entry reservations using the Disney Park Pass system.)

We're always here to help, Leticia, so let us know if you have any other last-minute questions. Enjoy!
