How do I add a second hotel reservation into the app? (for a split dvc stay)

    Hi Debra, welcome to planDisney!

I love hearing from fellow Disney Vacation Club Members, thanks for swinging by planDisney with a DVC question!

Like you, my family often does split stays when visiting Walt Disney World Resort. We enjoy experiencing two different resorts and experiencing unique theming all during one vacation. Once linked, a split stay will show up on your DVC dashboard as a second reservation so let’s look at how to do it.

First, log in to your My Disney Experience account using your MyDisney credentials. Under “Debra’s Plans and Tickets,” you’ll see five icons. Click on the second one labelled “Resort Hotel.” A box will pop up - click the blue “Link a Reservation” button. Enter the reservation number you received in your confirmation email, along with the last name on the reservation, and Kachow!, your reservation will be linked. The My Disney Experience Mobile App will mirror what you see on the desktop site and you’ll also see your countdown calendars personalized with artwork of the resort where you will be staying. It's a fun way to make your countdown special!

Debra, I hope this helps you get your reservations sorted! Time will fly between now and October, so it's great that you're already preparing. Your 60-day dining window is just around the corner - I wish you the best of luck in securing those dining reservations. Have an incredible trip to Walt Disney World Resort, and don't hesitate to revisit planDisney if you have any more questions.

    Welcome Home,
