Salutations, Shannon.
I'm so glad your adventures in Wonderland led you here to planDisney! I see the countdown for your vacation to
The Most Magical Place on Earth has dipped below two months now. That means that in mere weeks, you'll be standing right in the middle of Main Street, U.S.A. gazing upon
Cinderella Castle and partaking in the
50th Anniversary Celebration. I bet you can't wait!
I'm excited to hEAR you've chosen to stay in a
Disney Resorts Collection hotel. You'll love being immersed in the magic of Walt Disney World Resort from start to finish of your vacation, but there are so many benefits to staying on site as well. My favorite is the
Early Theme Park Entry, where Resort Guests have the opportunity to enter the
four theme parks 30 minutes ahead of the
official park opening time, which means more time to play in the parks! Be sure to ask the Front Desk Cast Members for information on your Resort hotel's recreational activities upon checking in. You might even be able to catch a complimentary screening of a Disney film one night on your trip at
Movies Under the Stars.
Shannon, your best bet for adding another room onto your reservation is to call 407-934-7639 and speak with the helpful Cast Members at Guest Services. Each room will need to be reserved separately, but they can make sure the two reservations are linked properly. They can even put in a request for your two rooms to be located close together or have a connecting door between them.
Have you considered booking a Family Suite at
Disney's Art of Animation Resort or
Disney's All-Star Music Resort instead? They sleep up to six, have a kitchenette, two bathrooms, and plenty of space. If a Family Suite wouldn't be large enough, you could look into the
Deluxe Villa Resorts. They have ample space and in-room amenities to make it feel like a home away from home.
Shannon, I hope this information helps. If you find yourself falling down the rabbit hole again and have more questions, please stop back by planDisney. We'd be happy to help!
A very merry unbirthday to you,
Alyssa
