    How do I add my purchased tickets to my account

    Welcome to planDisney! Thanks for stopping by with your question. It’s always a pleasure chatting with a fellow Sunshine State pal! 

    Yay! Your tickets are ready, and that means your next magical adventure is officially on the horizon! Adding your purchased tickets to your My Disney Experience account is super easy, and once they’re linked, you’ll have everything you need for a seamless day in the parks.

    Here’s how to do it: 

    1. Open the My Disney Experience app (or the website).
    2. Go to “Tickets and Passes.”
    3. Tap or click “Link Tickets.”
    4. Enter your confirmation number and the last name on the order.
    5. Hit “Confirm”

    And just like that, your tickets are part of your account! 

    Once your tickets are linked, you can make park reservations, add any Lightning Lane selections, and keep all your plans in one magical place. Now you’re ready to map out everything, from your first castle photo to that perfect Mickey pretzel stop!

    Rachael, with your tickets linked, you’re officially ready to sprinkle some pixie dust on your day and make every magical moment count!
