Hello, Ana!
Thanks for stopping by planDisney with your question. It is definitely important to keep your Disney Cruise Line folio updated with all of your past and future cruises so your Castaway Club level stays accurate! As you may know, the higher your membership level, the earlier you can book fun activities like Port Adventures and onboard experiences.
Most sailings should already be listed in your Castaway Club profile, so I recommend double-checking your account first to make sure it is not listed there. After logging in to your account on the
Disney Cruise Line website, hover over the "Already Booked" tab at the top of the homepage and select "Castaway Club" from the list below. Scroll down to "My Cruises" to see what is listed on that page.
If your past sailing isn't listed there, click "View Upcoming Cruises" and then choose "Add a Reservation." While this feature is typically used for future bookings, it may work for past cruises, as well. If you still don't see your previous sailing, the next step is to
call or email Disney Cruise Line so they can add it to your account. Keep in mind that some voyages don't count towards your
Castaway Cay status, including those that took place by media, vendors, and Cast Members traveling on business.
Ana, I hope you can sail on another Disney Cruise soon! With so many new and returning itineraries, not to mention new ships, it's a great time to plan your next adventure!
Happy sailing!
Jen
