    Hi I've add my park tickets to my account on the laptop and reserved park dates. However not showing on the app...please help

    Oh, you must be so excited with all of your plans for your upcoming visit to Walt Disney World!

    I'm happy to see that you were able to book your Disney Park Pass system reservations, ensuring that each pixie-dusted day will be filled with park fun. 

    Although my own Disney Park Pass system reservations appeared almost immediately in the My Disney Experience mobile app, there have been times over the years when other plans have not. In those cases, those details did appear later, especially if I were to close the app and log back in again. 

    What 's most important is that you can see all of your magical plans in your My Disney Experience account online, so you know that they are, in fact, intact.

    Because Stitch sometimes likes to get into the system and play around with things, I sometimes take screenshots of my plans, then save them in the notes on my iPhone. If something goes missing in my app, those screenshots can help Cast Members recreate the magic I so carefully constructed back home.
