Greetings from Arendelle, Arleen, and thanks for dropping by our Frozen paradise.
Oops- ER, Arleen, I mean, thanks for bringing your question to planDisney where we love to help guests with anything from where to
meet Queen Elsa at
EPCOT to
where to find a Mickey-shaped waffle at
Disney's Hollywood Studios (and everything in between).
Arleen, as a guest who is always just a bit sad on my last day of vacation, I appreciate your desire to pack a little extra Magic into those last few hours and hope I can help in your planning.
Now, let’s talk about tickets! It sounds like currently you have a multi-day ticket. If you
upgrade your ticket to a Park Hopper, unfortunately, there is no way to do so ONLY for the last day of your visit. So, what this means is that even if you wait until the final day to upgrade your ticket, you’ll still spend the amount of money to upgrade your entire ticket. For example, if you have a 4-day ticket, the Park Hopper option can only be applied to all 4 days.
Now, in your case, you have two options. You could upgrade your entire
ticket which would give you the flexibility to visit more than one park on each day of your vacation. The other option would be to downgrade your current ticket by subtracting one day and then purchase a separate 1-day Park Hopper ticket. However, I would highly encourage you to do the math for both options before making a decision as the price per day of visiting the parks decreases with every day you add.
Arleen, I hope this helps as you consider the best option for your family. If you have any additional questions, please come on back to planDisney. We love to see a returning guest!
Wishing you a pixie-dusted visit,
Lauren
