How do I add a Pack N Play to my existing reservation at the Art of Animation resort?

    Hi Bernard! Welcome to planDisney.

I see you are counting down the DAYS to your visit to the Walt Disney World Resort, and I’m so excited for you. My family loved our stay at Disney’s Art of Animation Resort – it truly feels like you’ve stepped into your favorite Disney movies, and there’s so much to see and explore. You’ll be in the middle of it all so soon!

Your question brought back fond memories of my son in his Pack ‘n Play at Walt Disney World. On our first visit, we would wake up to find him standing, looking off into the distance and saying “I see Mickey.” He was mesmerized by Mickey and friends, and we have so many photos of my little guy with a look of pure wonder on his face. I treasure those memories, and you’re about to make so many of your own.

To request a Pack ‘n Play for your room at Disney’s Art of Animation Resort, please call (407) 939-1936 and ask a friendly Cast Member to add the request to your reservation. When you do it this way, you’ll usually find the pack ‘n play waiting in your room when you arrive. You can also request one upon arrival, either at the front desk or by calling Mousekeeping (that’s Disney’s version of Housekeeping) from your room phone. I like the peace of mind of knowing I’ve made the request and am all set for the magic to begin as soon as I arrive!

Bernard, did you know there are Baby Care Centers in each of the theme parks? You can find their locations on theme park maps (I like to use the handy interactive map in the My Disney Experience mobile app). These are great spaces to change, feed, or give your baby some quiet time. You can also purchase supplies you may need for your little one. My fellow panelists have lots of tips for making the most of your visit with babies, toddlers, and preschoolers in our Panel Extras – I hope you find those helpful!

Have the most wonderful time with your family next week. As you count down the days, be sure to review the Know Before You Go information so you are ready to have a safe and fun time. I also love to read the Disney Parks Blog as I count down for the latest news and updates. They often share stories about the latest treats and experiences, so be sure to follow them (and planDisney!) on social media.

    Wishing you a magical vacation,
    Robyn
