How do I add one more park day to my reservation? Also how do I change one park day to park hop reservation?

Hi there, Charlotte! Thanks for asking another question here at planDisney! We always love to help Guests make magical Disney memories.

While you can usually modify the length of your theme park ticket through My Disney Experience and even add the Park Hopper Option, you are unable to add a Park Hopper to only one park day. Instead, the Park Hopper Option must be added to the entire length of your ticket.

If you have a vacation package, you can log into your MyDisney account and select "My Plans" from the My Disney Experience dropdown menu. Scroll down until you see your resort reservation. and select the "Change Reservation" option. On this page, you should see different components of your vacation package that you can modify. Click the "Change" link next to where it details your theme park tickets. You should have the option to change the number of days and/or add the Park Hopper Option. Follow the prompts to complete the process. Just note that this must be done more than 30 days before your arrival date or it may be subject to change fees according to the Terms & Conditions.

If you have only purchased theme park tickets, after you've logged into your MyDisney account and selected "My Plans" from the My Disney Experience dropdown menu, select "Tickets, Passes & Memory Maker" under the "My Plans, Reservations and Tickets" heading. Find the ticket(s) you'd like to change, select the "Change Ticket" option, and follow the prompts to add days and/or the Park Hopper Option. When upgrading your tickets-only purchase, the balance will be due at the time of the transaction.

Of course, if you run into any difficulty, you can call a friendly Cast Member at the resort on the Existing Tickets line. They would be happy to help you upgrade your ticket. And be sure to stay tuned to the Disney Parks Blog for any details on holiday offerings this year. I'm hoping to attend both Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party and Disney Jollywood Nights if they are offered for the 2024 holiday season. Fingers crossed!

If you have any other questions, feel free to reach out again.

It's the most wonderful time of the year at the Most Magical Place on Earth,
