    Miranda from IA Asked

Can I add an off-property hotel to my app?

Hi there, Miranda! Welcome to planDisney, and thank you so much for stopping by with your question!

If you have an existing reservation at one of the Walt Disney World Good Neighbor Hotels, you can absolutely link that confirmation number to your account! To do this, simply head on over to the Walt Disney World Resort website, hover over the My Disney Experience tab, and click on My Plans.

You will need to log into your Disney account at this point, after which you'll need to scroll down, hover over the Resort Hotel bubble, and click on Link a Reservation. Once here, simply type your Good Neighbor Hotel confirmation number and your last name, and you'll be all set.

However, you need to know that Disney Resorts Collection hotels and Walt Disney World Good Neighbor Hotels are the only ones that you'll be able to link to your My Disney Experience account. If you're staying elsewhere, you will need to manage your lodging plans through that specific hotel's website or mobile app.

Miranda, I hope that my answer has helped clarify things for you! If you have any other questions, you know where to find us. We're always happy to help!

    Have a magical day,

    Ana Paula
