    Can I add a new park ticket to an old magic band? I know the old time was used, but band still seems good to me. If I buy park tickets other than through the Disney site can we still use the fast pass + if staying at a Disney property?”

    Hi Kathleen and welcome to the Disney Parks Mom's Panel. Yes you can absolutely add a new Park ticket to an old MagicBand and anyone who has a Park ticket of any kind can schedule FastPass+ experiences for their visit. The only difference is how far ahead they can be scheduled. If you are staying at a Walt Disney World Resort Hotel, you can schedule FastPass+ 60 days before your visit. If you are staying anywhere else but have purchased tickets and linked them to your MagicBand through My Disney Experience, you can make FastPass+ selections 30 days ahead. Take a minute to acquaint yourself with My Disney Experience on the Walt Disney World website. It is a fantastic way to link together and manage every element of your Disney vacation and activate your MagicBand with all relevant information for your trip: Disney Resort room key access, FastPass+ selections, Advanced Dining Reservations, and so much more.
