If you have multiple hotel reservations for your upcoming Disney trip, you can absolutely add them all to your
My Disney Experience account so everything shows up together. It’s actually pretty simple, and once they’re linked, you’ll be able to see all your resort details, check-in info, and plans in one place, which is especially helpful when you’re hopping between resorts or doing a split stay.
The quickest way is to open the My Disney Experience app, tap the (☰) menu, and select “
Hotel Reservations.” From there, you’ll choose “Link to Account.” Each reservation has its own confirmation number, so you’ll enter one number at a time along with the last name on that reservation. After you hit submit, it should instantly appear in your plans. Then you’ll repeat the same steps for your next reservation, and the next, until they’re all added. You can also do this by signing into your My Disney Experience using a computer.
If you booked through a travel agent, the reservations may already be linked to their account, so you might need the confirmation numbers from them. And if you ever run into a situation where a reservation doesn’t link on the first try, this happens sometimes with room-only reservations or split-stay bookings,
Disney’s phone support can help you clear it up quickly.
Once everything is linked, the app will organize your reservations by date so you can scroll through your trip day by day. It makes planning so much smoother, especially if your family loves resort hopping or wants to experience different themes throughout the stay. And don’t forget: each reservation will let you
check in online and customize your preferences, so it’s worth taking a minute to make sure they’re all added correctly. Plus, you can head straight to your room without having to stop by the front desk.
