    Can you add a meal plan when staying at the Swan or Dolphin?

    Hi Jennifer!

    Thanks for coming by to see us at the Disney Parks Moms Panel. It sounds like you are getting ready for an awesome Walt Disney World Resort Vacation. The Walt Disney World Swan Hotel and Walt Disney World Dolphin Hotel are great options for vacation "homes" during your trip. Since they are located right off of Disney's BoardWalk, you will have convenient access to the area's dining, shopping and entertainment, as well as Epcot and Disney's Hollywood Studios. My family and I love staying in this area because it's such an easy walk or boat ride to either theme park!

    The Disney dining plans are a great way to enjoy many of the fantastic dining experiences at Walt Disney World Resort. Disney dining plans are linked to your Disney Resort hotel reservation. While the Walt Disney World Swan Hotel and Walt Disney World Dolphin Hotel are located on Walt Disney World Resort property, they are not one of the official Disney Resort hotels. So unfortunately, you will not be able to add one of the dining plans to your vacation if you will be staying at the Walt Disney World Swan Hotel or Walt Disney World Dolphin Hotel.

    In order to take advantage of one of the Disney dining plans and still stay along Disney's BoardWalk, you should consider staying at Disney's BoardWalk Inn, Disney's Yacht Club Resort or Disney's Beach Club Resort. Each of these hotels will give you an incredible vacation experience and you can book a vacation package that includes your hotel, theme park ticket and dining plan for your trip.
