Welcome to planDisney, Dawn!
Thanks for stopping by with a question about dining plans for your upcoming
Disney World stay. I always love poring over menus to see which dining experiences and restaurants to try next! A
Disney Dining Plan is a great way to set a budget for your meals and to experience a variety of restaurants with flexibility.
Guests who purchased a Disney Resort hotel stay, including theme park tickets, should be able to log in to their
MyDisney account on the Disney World website and modify their reservation. Once logged in, click on "My Plans" where you will see any reservations you have made. Select your reservation and you'll see a button that allows you to modify and add the dining plan. If you prefer speaking to someone, you can
call, and a Cast Member would be happy to assist.
I highly recommend putting a reminder in your calendar so you will be ready to make your advance dining selections the morning reservations open. I always try to book reservations beginning from the furthest date and then work backwards to the check-in date. You could also try booking the more popular restaurants first to increase your chances of securing your preferred dining experiences.
While we’re talking dining, I can’t help but mention that your visit may line up with the
EPCOT International Festival of the Arts! Although the 2026 dates haven’t been announced yet, the festival typically runs from mid-January through mid-February. Keep an eye on the
Disney Parks Blog for updates - there’s so much creativity (and delicious food) to enjoy.
I hope this helps with your planning, Dawn! Please come back and see us again at planDisney with any other questions.
