    Can you add a meal plan on if you have already purchased your park passes?

    Hi Wendy,

    Thanks for your question. 

    Unless you are an annual pass holder or a DVC member paying for your room using DVC points, you cannot typically add the Disney Dining Plan unless you include theme park passes in your vacation package.  You don't need to add tickets for the full length of your stay but you do need to purchase theme park tickets to qualify to add the Disney Dining Plan.
