Visiting
Walt Disney World Resort during the 50th Anniversary Celebration will be so exciting, I can’t wait for you to see all the
EARidescent decor and experience many new attractions!
I’m so happy that you will be adding the
Disney Genie+ Lightning Lane service to your theme park tickets - you’re going to save yourself time waiting in lines for attractions that offer the Lightning Lane entrance.
You can add the Disney Genie+ Lightning Lane in advance of your arrival using your
Disney account by:
1. Sign In to your Disney account, on the far right at the top, click “My Disney Experience.”
2. Look for “My Plans.”
3. Select “Tickets & Memory Maker.”
4. Click on “Change Ticket” beside each theme park ticket you need to modify.
5. You will see “Choose Which Tickets to Change” select those tickets you need to modify.
6. Add “Disney Genie+ service” to your tickets.
During your stay at Walt Disney World Resort and on the day of your visit, you can add Disney Genie+ service for single-day use with the
My Disney Experience app by:
1. Open My Disney Experience app.
2. Select “My Day.”
3. Look for and tap “Get Disney Genie+ service and follow all prompts to confirmation.
Please note that the Disney Genie+ service will be available at 7:00 AM on the day of your visit please try to add the service about an hour sooner to be ready for selections at 7:00 AM. As well, please update your payment method in your My Disney Experience mobile app for ease with payments for the Disney Genie+ Lightning Lane service and any
Mobile Food & Beverage Orders.
Please ensure you have updated your
Family & Friends list to be able to include those from your list who have a
Disney Park Pass - Theme Park Reservation and valid theme park admission to your Disney Genie+ Lightning Lane selections.
