Hi Diana! It's so wonderful to see you back at planDisney! Welcome.
Thank you for your great question about adding
Lightning Lane Multi Pass. The only way to secure Lightning Lane Multi Pass before your visit, Diana, is to purchase it at the same time as the theme park ticket. If your Disneyland Resort theme park tickets have already been purchased, I'm afraid you cannot add Lightning Lane Multi Pass or Lightning Lane Single Pass in advance and you will need to purchase them upon entering a theme park on each day of your visit via the
Disneyland app. But it's super easy. Click the "Purchase" button in the green "Lightning Lane Multi Pass" ribbon on the home screen of the app. You'll be zipping past standby lines in no time.
Since Lightning Lane Multi Pass is subject to availability, I would make sure to arrive to the main gate at least 30 minutes before park opening. (This is also just a good idea to make sure you're maximizing your magical day!) Then, as soon as you enter the parks, you may use the Tip Board in the Disneyland app to choose a Lightning Lane attraction and book the next available time to ride it. With Lightning Lane Multi Pass, make a reservation for one attraction at a time or after two hours have passed, whichever comes first. Hope that helps!
Looks like you'll be in the Happiest Place on Earth during
the most magical time of year, Diana! I'm so thrilled for you. If you're looking for Thanksgiving-inspired dishes, consider
Goofy's Kitchen or
Storytellers Cafe. For these locations, I recommend making a reservation, as these will be popular.
And while we don't have menus quite yet for quick service, last year there were delicious Thanksgiving meal options at Carnation Cafe and Plaza Inn in Disneyland Park and Flo's V-8 Cafe and Carthay Circle Restaurant in California Adventure Park. I would definitely check those out, Diana, if you're in the park! TIP: An easy way to find all of the locations at Disneyland Resort with turkey on the menu is to simply search in the Disneyland app by clicking on the magnifying glass at the bottom, then type "turkey" into the search line at the top. Easy as (pumpkin) pie!
From the bottom of my heart, Diana, I wish you the most magical visit. If any other questions come up in your planning, like how to utilize the Disneyland app or where to find my favorite seasonal treats, please don't hesitate to
reach out again! You've got a friend in me.
Warmest wishes,
McCayla
