How do I add other guests I am traveling with, but are in a different hotel reservation

Hi Kristin, and welcome to planDisney!

The more family and friends you have to join you on your Walt Disney World Resort vacation, the merrier. I love it when friends and family join us because it adds to the excitement, especially in the planning phase.

My Disney Experience makes it super easy to add those other traveling guests to your plans so that you are all on the same page, whether they are on the same resort reservation or not. The way to add those additional guests to your My Disney Experience is as follows: Log into your My Disney Experience account via the app or website (I prefer the app). Click “My Profile”; at the top, you will see your Family & Friends List and “Add a Guest” from there. It will give you the option to find them through another connected guest, or you can manually enter their name and ages. If anyone in your party is 18 and over, you will get the chance to manage their plans or share the planning; it is up to you. The system will send them an invitation email, and from there, they will accept the invitation, and then the fun starts.

Please return should you have additional questions; we want to help you plan your upcoming vacation.

    Have a magical experience!
