Hello, Nancy. Welcome to planDisney. Thanks for dropping by to chit-chat with me about your upcoming Walt Disney World vacation. March is such a lovely time to visit the Walt Disney World Theme Parks. My daughter's birthday is in March so we try to plan a trip around that timeframe every year to celebrate. The weather is warm and sunny - it's just perfect! Nancy, it sounds to me that you've already booked a Walt Disney World vacation package or special offer that includes your Walt Disney World Resort Hotel stay and Walt Disney World Theme Park tickets. If that's the case then everyone on the reservation, no matter when they were added, is required to take part in the specifics of the package or deal. It's kind of an all-or-nothing system when it comes to packages. Therefore, it would not be possible to just add a friend on to the resort hotel reservation portion of the vacation package and not add the other terms and conditions as well. However, Nancy, if you've booked a Walt Disney World Resort Hotel only stay and then chose to add on tickets separately or at a later date (not making it a vacation package per se) you can easily add someone to the hotel stay reservation only. To do this, you'll need to call (407) 939-1936 and have a Cast Member assist you with adding on a Guest. Please be aware that by adding on another Guest to the resort hotel stay, you may incur additional fees for adding another adult to the reservation.Nancy, I hope this helps you sort out what you'll need to do to add someone to your existing reservation. If you have any other questions about this or anything else, please feel free to stop back by and ask me. I'm happy to help! Have a great week! Jackie H.
