Howdy, Cynthia!
Well if it isn't the rootinest, tootinest Disney vacationer in all the land. I speak on behalf of all my fellow panelists when I say "Welcome back!" We love when Guests return to ask us questions! It looks like you've got yet another magical stay on the books, Cynthia. I'd gladly point you in the right direction today.
To add a Guest to your reservation at either the
Cabins at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort or the
Campsites at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort, you're going to have to pick up that trusty little Mouseketool you call a telephone and get in touch with a Walt Disney World Cast Member. Simply call the
Disney Resort Hotel Reservations Line and they'll get you all set up for your adventure in no time. It will help if you have either your confirmation number or your My Disney Experience Account information in the holster ready to share!
Cynthia, you'll want to make sure that the accommodation you booked is not already at capacity with your current travel party or you will not be able to add another Guest. For example, if you've booked the Cabins at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort, these accommodations sleep up to six adult Guests. If adding another Guest will put you over that total of six, you won't be able to do so.
If the new Guest plans to visit the theme parks during your adventure, I'd suggest calling to add them sooner rather than later. In addition, you'll want to check the
Theme Park Reservation Availability Calendar to make sure that the parks you all plan to visit are still available for reservations.
I hope this helps take your vacation to infinity and beyond!
Ashley
