Can I add a guest for one night on my 3 night stay at Disney resort

Hi there, Susan! Welcome to planDisney!

Your visit to Walt Disney World Resort will be here before you know it! Are you getting excited yet?! I know I would be! I just know you’re going to have a great time enjoying all that The Walt Disney World 50th Anniversary Celebration has to offer. My personal favorite part is all of the EARidescent magic found at every corner. You'll love Beacons of Magic illuminating all four theme park icons in magnificent color and light. It really is spectacular! If you plan to visit Disney's Hollywood Studios at night, see if you can spot the guests enjoying a celebratory dance in the windows at the top of The Hollywood Tower Hotel. Everyone is joining in on the fun!

Now, let’s get to your question! While there is no way to add a Guest to just one night of your stay, if your room still has available capacity, you can add this person to your entire stay, and they can just meet you when they arrive! However, it is important to note that should your Disney Resorts Collection hotel reservation be a part of a vacation package that includes theme park tickets, all Guests in your room would need to have the same number of days on their theme park tickets. So, I recommend reaching out to the Disney Resort Hotel Reservations team, and the Cast Members here will be happy to take a look at your reservation type and let you know your options for adding a Guest to your room. You can reach them by calling (407) 939-1936.

Once you have your room all situated, you will want to ensure that you have a park pass reservation set for your new Guest that will align with your existing plans. Keep in mind that some parks get booked fairly early during busier times, so it’s important to make sure they are booked at the same park so you can enjoy your day together. To make a Park Pass Reservations, click on the “+” in the middle of the app navigation bar and click on “Make a Park Reservation.” From there, click on “Theme park Tickets,” and a separate browser window will open. You can then select the members of your party, the date of your visit, and the park you would like to reserve.

I can't wait for your adventure to begin! I just know you will make memories that will last a lifetime! Please do visit us again with any other Walt Disney World vacation planning questions that may pop up! We are always here to help you make the absolute most of your vacation experience.

    Bye for now!
