Hi there, Christina. Thanks for stopping by
planDisney with your question. I see that you have a trip to the Most Magical Place On Earth in a little over a month's time. I bet you are getting so excited!
Christina, to add a Guest to a room-only reservation you'll need to go ahead and call
Disney Resort Hotel Reservations and a Cast Member will be able to assist you with this. Once you've done so, you'll receive an email notification with the medication and it should be reflected in your
MyDisneyExperience account within 24 hours. Phone lines open up around 7:00 a.m. Mickey Mouse's time each day and the earlier you can call, the better. Right now current wait times can be pretty lengthy. The phone number you'll need is (407) 939-1936.
Christina, I did want to mention that by adding another person to your
Walt Disney World Resort Hotel room you may see the initial bill of what you were quoted increase. I don't want this to take you by surprise. The standard hotel rate that you might have booked is quoted for 2 adults over the age of 18 and any Guests under the age of 18. If you already have 2 adults in your room and are adding another one, the price will increase. The upcharge is going to be based on which resort hotel that you are staying at. If you are staying at a value level resort the fee is $15 per additional adult, $25 per adult at moderate level resorts and $35 per night at a deluxe resort per night. I was surprised by this once when I was reviewing my bill so I do like to let people know what to expect and budget for.
I hope this is helpful, Christina. If you have any other questions as you gear up for your most magical vacation, please feel free to stop back by and
ask me. I'm here to help.
Have fun and enjoy!
Jackie H.
