Is there a way to add ground transportation (Disney express) after i have already purchased my tickets? I didn’t realize that is where i reserve a time

    Welcome to planDisney, Santina!

I’ve been there and done that too! Not to worry though. You can get yourself a reservation on Disney’s Magical Express between Orlando International Airport and select Walt Disney World Resort hotels by calling them directly at (866)-599-0951. Make sure you have your Disney Resort Hotel reservation confirmation number and your airline flight information handy when you call.

Tony’s Tip: During Walt Disney World’s phased reopening, the procedures for Disney’ Magical Express have temporarily changed. What this means, for now, is that you will need to collect your own luggage from the baggage claim area at Orlando International Airport and have it loaded on a motorcoach at the Magical Express check-in area located at the Ground Transportation Area on the first level of Terminal B. Be sure to check out these other tips to make the start of your visit to The Most Magical Place on Earth as smooth as possible.

As a Guest of the Walt Disney World Resort, you’ll have access to the full range of complimentary transportation options available. A ride aboard the Walt Disney World Monorail will always be a thrilling journey for me. I have also quickly grown to love the views from the relaxing gondolas of the Disney Skyliner.

We’d love to help with any other planning you have left for your Walt Disney World Resort vacation, Santina. If there is anything else we can do to help, please visit us again here at planDisney.
