Ahoy, Michelle! Welcome to planDisney, where we aim to answer all of your questions about sailing where magic meets the sea.
Disney Cruise Line offers
ground transportation options for guests to purchase prior to sailing, which primarily includes airport transfers on both embarkation and debarkation days. The exact offerings and prices vary by departure port, but almost all sailings offer airport transfer options that must be purchased in advance. When you book your cruise online, ground transportation options will usually come up as one of the add-on options; however, you can only add round-trip airport transfers online. If you would like to add a one-way airport transfer, then you must call Disney Cruise Line directly.
Similarly, Disney Cruise Line partners with certain hotels near each
departure port to offer pre- and post-cruise hotel stays. If you go to the webpage for your specific departure port, then you will find a list of the partner hotels for that particular location. You must call Disney Cruise Line and speak with a cast member to add a pre-cruise or post-cruise hotel stay to your cruise reservation. Guests arranging hotel accommodations with Disney Cruise Line also have the option of adding ground transportation options between the airport, hotel, and port in most locations, which are only available for booking by phone.
Since the exact options will vary by departure port and sailing date, I recommend calling Disney Cruise Line directly at (800) 951-3532 to get more details. Cast members are available to speak with you Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM EST, and Saturday and Sunday, 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM EST. If you have already booked your cruise, then be sure to have your reservation number ready to provide the cast member.
I hope that helps point you in the right direction. If you have more questions about a specific departure port, you can also reach back out to
planDisney to get more help from me or my friends. Happy sailing!
