Once you book your cruise, you'll be able to
prepay your gratuities through the
Disney Cruise Line Navigator app, on the
Disney Cruise Line website, or by calling an agent at 1(800) 951-3532 Monday-Friday 8:00 am to 10:00 pm and Saturday and Sunday from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm Eastern Time. If you booked your cruise through a Disney Vacation planner, please let them know you'd like to pre-pay, and they will take care of it for you. In the app, select "Home" and click "View All" under "Next Steps." This takes you to your Cruise Essentials section, where you'll find "Pre-Paid Gratuities." Select the "Add" button. On the website, you'll go to "My Reservations" and scroll down to find "Pre-Paid Gratuities." If you don't pre-pay, they will be automatically charged to your shipboard account during your sailing.
Your Very Merrytime cruise will be the highlight of this SEAson, Angela. The Disney Cruise Line Cast & Crew will help you get into the holiday spirit with jolly events and activities, like those hosted by Mickey and Minnie, such as their tree lighting ceremony and festive deck party. Your cruise photos will be spectacular. Your Disney Cruise Line Navigator app will keep you up to date on all the holiday happenings while onboard.
