How do I add George and Robert to my park reservations. I keep trying and just get a white screen on the computer.

    Hello Sherri,

Hey there, hi there, ho there, Sherri! It's great to see you're getting ready to have fun at the Walt Disney World Resort.

I'm sorry to hear you're having a bit of an issue making theme park reservations with the Disney Park Pass system. While it's hard to determine exactly what the issue might be, I'm happy to offer a few suggestions that I hope can be helpful.

If these quick tips don't resolve the issue for you, you might need to give a call to the Walt Disney World Resort Internet Help Desk at (407) 939-4357, or chat with Cast Members online to get some additional assistance.

When you make a theme park reservation using the Disney Park Pass system, the system is going to load your Family & Friends list to let you create your party for the reservation. The first tip I'll offer is to check your Family & Friends list to see that George and Robert are included on your list.

When you sign in to your My Disney Experience account and view your "My Family & Friends List," you should see George and Robert listed in the "People I have Plans With" area. If you don't see them listed, you can use the "Add a Guest" feature to add them to your Family & Friends List. One note to share here is that if you add them by inviting them through email, they'll need to accept the email invitation to be joined to your list.

Another tip I'll share is to make sure that George and Robert have valid theme park admission. If the theme park tickets that you linked to your My Disney Experience account include tickets for George and Robert, you should be able to view your "My Plans, Reservations and Tickets" and look in the "Tickets & Memory Maker" tab. This is where you should see the theme park tickets linked to your account and the Guests to whom those tickets are assigned.

Sherri, I'm hopeful that these quick tips are helpful. You can always contact the Walt Disney World Resort Internet Help Desk at (407) 939-4357 if you are still encountering an issue with making your theme park reservations.

Here's wishing you, and George and Robert, a fun and wonderful visit to the Walt Disney World Resort!

Meet the Panelist: Jerry, Pennsylvania

The playful and creative optimism of all things Disney has enthralled me since I was a kid. I loved watching "The Wonderful World of Disney" on Sunday nights, seeing all the live-action and animated classics in theaters, and — of course — visiting "The Most Magical Place on Earth" for the first time 45 years ago. These days, the big kid in me still loves to play Disney. As a long-time Disney destinations vacationer, I'm looking forward to helping you play Disney starting here at planDisney!
