Walt Disney World Resort very soon!
Adding the
Disney Genie+ Service is a great way to ensure flexibility and convenience during your Walt Disney World Resort vacation. The first step to letting the Genie out of his lamp is to make sure you have the
My Disney Experience mobile app downloaded. Once signed in to the My Disney Experience mobile app, find the “Disney Genie Service” section, then select “View My Day”. From there you should be on the “Disney Genie Service” screen. If you already have your tickets linked in the My Disney Experience mobile app, select “Get Disney Genie+ for Today” under the "My Day" tab. Next, you will select “Get Disney Genie+ Service” and from there you will be able to select your party. Please keep in mind that you must have a Walt Disney World Resort ticket linked through the My Disney Experience mobile app to add the Disney Genie+ Service.
Once you have added the Disney Genie+ Service, at 7 a.m. on the day you selected, you will be able to select your first
Lightning Lane option. If you need help during your Walt Disney World Resort Theme Park visit, please speak to a Cast Member with the
Guest Experience Team. They are extremely knowledgable and can be found throughout the Theme Parks. Just look for a blue umbrella!
