Hello, how do you add Genie+ to your tickets when purchasing. It's saying you can until June 8th on the website but there is no option for it. I'm purchasing tickets from the UK. If I just buy without can I add Genie+ on afterwards?

    Hiya Chloe! Welcome to planDisney!

It's great to have you stop by! You are not alone in this. Many Guests from Great Britain have asked the same question. Starting on June 8th, all Guests will need to purchase Disney Genie+ each day that they wish to use it. Since we are in the window before this occurs, the answer does not seem as cut and dry as it normally does. The Walt Disney Travel Company website is currently not allowing Guests to add Genie+ to their park tickets for any dates. If you are booking your package online, you will not see this as an option. Your best option is to call the Walt Disney World Resort today and speak to a Cast Member for clarification if you can still purchase for a future trip before this date.

Once your ticket purchase is made, I would not count on being able to add Disney Genie+ for your entire length of stay. It would be best to call and clarify this before making your purchase. You will however be able to add it on each day you wish to use it. Before your visit, download the My Disney Experience App to your mobile device and log in to your account. Then each park day you want to add on Genie+, you'll need to purchase it using the app. The process is very simple and can be completed in a matter of moments. Once you are in the app, tap on the three horizontal bars on the bottom right of your screen, followed by "My Genie Day". Once here, select the purple bar that reads "Get Disney Genie+ For Today". Follow the prompts from here to complete the purchase. You can add this at any time of the day, starting at midnight the day of.

Chloe, you are getting close to the 60-day mark to start making Advanced Dining Reservations for your stay. I recommend doing some research on the restaurants to plan to eat at and figuring out what time and days work best for your schedule. It's best to go into that day with a plan to ensure you get all of your top picks. One restaurant that I think goes under the radar at times is Jungle Navigation Co. LTD Skipper Canteen at the Magic Kingdom Park. I absolutely love this restaurant and have always had the best meals here. The theming is perfect and the menu is unlike anything else you will find at this park. I've found that a late lunch or early dinner reservation is great timing, especially during the summer months. It gives you a chance to get out of the heat for some time and recharge for the evening activities.

I hope you find this information helpful, Chloe! Have the most magical time during your upcoming stay!

    See ya real soon!
