You can easily add on Genie+ to your Theme Park Tickets. The upgrade can be done at any time, so you can even decide day-of if you want to add on this option. If you need to call a friendly Cast Member to assist with your tickets or any other question, you can find the correct phone number on this
Phone Directory. On that Phone Directory page, there is also an icon that you can click to chat online with a Cast Member.
