I've always been a fan of the My Disney Experience mobile app. It's magic at your fingertips! With the addition of the complimentary
Disney Genie Service and the paid
Disney Genie+ Service features, the My Disney Experience mobile app is better than ever.
You can purchase Disney Genie+ Service on the
My Disney Experience mobile app. Start by tapping on the three little horizontal lines in the bottom right corner of the app home screen and then tap on the "My Genie Day" box. To purchase Disney Genie+ Service the day of your visit to a theme park, tap on the purple banner that says, "Get Disney Genie+ for Today" and follow the prompts to complete the purchase. To purchase Disney Genie+ Service ahead of time, tap on "Change Day" underneath the "My Day" tab. Select the calendar date you'd like to purchase Disney Genie+ Service for, and then tap on the purple banner that says, "Get Disney Genie+ for Today."
If you continue to experience difficulty purchasing Disney Genie+ Service, not to worry. Stop by the Front Desk of your Disney Resorts Collection hotel when you arrive or Guest Services at any of the theme parks. A friendly Cast Member will be happy to assist you!
