Three chEARs for having already purchased your
theme park tickets! Please also be sure you've made your
Disney Park Pass reservations for the theme parks you'd like to visit.
To add the
Disney Genie+ service to your tickets, you'll need to open up your
My Disney Experience Mobile app and tap on the three horizontal lines in the bottom right corner. Next, please click on "My Genie Day," and then you will want to select "Get Disney Genie+ Service" in purple towards the bottom. The next screen will tell you a bit about the Disney Genie+ service; once you have read through it, tap on the "Get Disney Genie+ Service" icon. It is here that you will be prompted to select the members of your party you would like to purchase the service for. Once you have reviewed the details, you can continue to confirm your purchase, and after you have paid, you're all set!
The Disney Genie+ service won't show up until midnight on the day of your first visit to the Theme Parks. After that, it should show up in your My Disney Experience Mobile app under My Genie Day. You will be able to check for Lightning Lane availability in the "Tip Board" section and will be able to begin booking selections as early as 7 AM the day of your visit!
