How do I add Genie plus to existing tickets?

    Hi, there!

Welcome back to planDisney, Dacy. We just love when you stop by with your planning questions! It looks like your Walt Disney World Resort vacation is only a week away now. How very exciting! I bet you're counting down the days.

I'm glad to hear you know about Disney Genie+ Service. When you add Disney Genie+ Service to your Disney day, you can minimize your wait times for select attractions! You can add Disney Genie+ Service to your existing Theme Park Tickets on the My Disney Experience mobile app. Start by tapping on the three little horizontal lines in the bottom right corner of the app home screen. Tap on the "My Genie Day" box. To purchase Disney Genie+ for a future date, tap on the blue "Change Day" link that's listed just below the "My Day" tab. Once you have the correct date listed at the top of the screen, tap on the purple "Get Disney Genie+ for Today" banner. Confirm the members of your party that you'd like to buy the service for, and then follow the prompts to complete the purchase. Easy!

Did you know that your purchase of Disney Genie+ Service includes new Disney PhotoPass Lenses and exclusive Audio Tales? Be sure to take advantage of these magical extras!

I hope this was helpful, Dacy. I'm wishing you a magical visit to the Walt Disney World Resort!
