    How can I add genie+ to my package for next week

    Hi Amanda! Welcome to planDisney!

    You must be SO excited to visit the Walt Disney World Resort in just a few more days! It is a great time to visit as the theme parks and Disney Resorts Collection hotels are magically transformed with holiday decor. I love this time at the Most Magical Place on Earth and I bet you will, too!

    Adding Disney Genie+ is super easy! First, you'll want to have the My Disney Experience mobile app on your phone. When logged in to your My Disney Experience account on the app, you'll touch the three lines in the bottom right-hand corner. You can go to your "Tickets and Passes" from there and select the ticket that you would like to upgrade. This should walk through the steps to add Disney Genie+. You can also try going to "My Genie Day" on the app, changing the date to the first day of your visit, then selecting "Get Disney Genie+ for Today."

    If you are still having trouble, you can contact Disney directly at (407) 934-7639 or purchase Disney Genie+ through the app on the day of your visit.
