    How to add genie + to my existing tickets

    Hi Miguel! Welcome to planDisney!

    Your visit to the Most Magical Place on Earth is just TWO days away. Yay! I like to say that I always know two things: how many days until my next Walt Disney World Resort vacation AND how many days until Christmas. Combining those two things and I'm truly my happiest self. I know you'll love your visit during this holiday season!

    I'm happy to walk you through the process of upgrading your tickets! Adding Disney Genie+ Service to your current Walt Disney World theme park tickets can be done through the My Disney Experience mobile app. When logged in on the app, touch the three lines in the bottom right-hand corner. On the next screen, select "Tickets and Passes" and all your linked tickets should appear. Select one of the tickets and choose to change the ticket. This should walk you through the process of adding Disney Genie+ to all of your existing tickets.
