There are two ways you can add
Disney Genie+ service to a ticket at Disneyland Resort. The first option would be to add Disney Genie+ during the purchase process of your tickets. If you did not add Disney Genie+ to your tickets when you purchased them, you will be able to purchase the service when you scan your tickets and enter Disneyland Park or Disney California Adventure. You will need to do this each day for each ticket that you want to have Disney Genie+ service.
My tip is to make sure you have your
Disneyland app ready to go with your tickets linked and a credit card saved so that you can quickly and easily purchase Disney Genie+ as soon as you have walked through the turnstiles.
You are correct that a while ago you would receive a physical package with your tickets and information when you booked a
Disneyland Resort Hotel Package. Now everything is done digitally. So four days before your arrival, your eTickets should be loaded and linked into your Disneyland account. To make sure this happens, you need should have your reservations linked to your Disneyland account using the reservation or confirmation number you received when booking your package. This is also what you would have linked to make your theme park ticket reservations for your park days.
