At this time, guests aren’t able to add
Disney Genie+ Service to their tickets until the day that they’re planning to use it. For example, if you and your guests want to use the Service on the second day of your trip, you’ll purchase it that morning and continue that trend throughout your trip. You can make the purchase beginning at 12:00 a.m. of the day you’re going to the Park. I normally purchase the Service around 6:30 a.m. so I’m ready to get my first
Lightning Lane at 7:00 a.m.
Keep in mind that each guest must have a
Disney Park Pass in order to get Genie+. So, you’ll want to make sure you and any guests that might be going to the Parks with you have a Theme Park Reservation for each day you want to go to the Parks. Then, each morning you’ll be able to purchase the Service and make your Lightning Lane.
One other thing to note is that there is no set price for Disney Genie+, so the price can fluctuate throughout your trip. You’ll want to sign into your
My Disney Experience mobile app and on the home screen you’ll see a banner that says “Disney Genie+ Service”. Within that section, you’ll see “Get it for today” and the price for that day. There you can select “Purchase” and follow the steps to get the Service for that day.
Final tip: If you’re planning to get the Service, do so early in the morning even if you’re going into the Parks later in the morning. This way, you can book a Lightning Lane for around the time you arrive and after that one is booked, two hours later, you can book another Lightning Lane (subject to availability).
