How do I add my friends and family to the memory maker - Thankyou

    Hi Elaine,

Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel and thank you for asking us another question!

The way that Memory Maker works is that the person who has it linked to their My Disney Experience account can then download unlimited digital copies of any Disney PhotoPass pictures taken of you and up to 25 members of your Family & Friends list. They can’t download the pictures when they’re logged in to their separate accounts, however. Only you can because the Memory Maker is associated with your account.

The only thing you need to do to be able to get everyone’s pictures is to make sure that your friends and family have opted to share their Disney PhotoPass pictures with you. If you aren’t seeing their pictures, make sure that they go into your profile in their Family & Friends list and click on “My Disney PhotoPass Photos” under the heading “Choose Which Plans and Photos [You] Can See”.

I hope my answer helps everyone get in the picture during your visit to Walt Disney World Resort! Please don’t hesitate to come back and see us if you have any other questions.

    Have a Magical Day,

    Lynne
